Amazing how quickly this clients lawn greened up a Amazing how quickly this clients lawn greened up after some rain. Hard to tell we’re in a drought right now. Though lawns are a bit of a monoculture eco-disaster, they do encourage people out into nature. And I have to admit I love a freshly cut, curvy line lawn, there’s something so pleasing about it! #lawn #mow #londongardensquares #clientsgarden #londongardens #gardenmaintenance #thecuriousgardener #acuriousgardener

Only 33 today. The palms are loving it, me not so Only 33 today. The palms are loving it, me not so much. At least they will survive our upcoming hosepipe ban…I don’t often post my thoughts on here but this years temperatures and lack of water are unbelievable. It’s obviously climate change in action. Here and now. I actually think we crossed a tipping point in 2018 but it’s only now that we are seeing such obvious signs that our climate is changing. (The plant have been telling me for a few years now;) . I don’t have the answers, this is just a little reminder to everyone to do whatever they can to help combat this, no matter how big or small an eco-action it might be! #drought #hosepipeban #heatwave #climatechange #takeaction #ecofriendly #thecuriousgardener #acuriousgardener
